If this sounds familiar, this is for you.

╶ Your mind is always running; even when everything is fine

╶ You replay conversations long after they're over

╶ You need to think through every outcome before deciding anything

╶ You look completely functional - and feel completely overwhelmed

╶ Your mind is always running; even when everything is fine

╶ You can't relax - even when you've 'earned the right' to

Overthinking isn't
a thinking problem.

It never was.

Most advice tells you to "just relax," "stop overthinking," "be more present." And none of it works — because it's aimed at the wrong place.

Overthinking is a protection strategy. It's your nervous system trying to create safety through thinking, because somewhere along the way, you learned that staying one step ahead was the only way to stay okay.

The root isn't your mind. It's your body. And that changes everything about how to work with it.

01

You cannot think your way out of overthinking

02

Your nervous system is trying to protect you — not sabotage you

03

Safety is not a mental conclusion. It is a body state.

04

Healing begins when you stop running from the feeling underneath

05

The clearest decisions do not come from fear!

"You cannot think your way into safety.
You can only
feel your way into it."

I wrote this from
the
inside of it.

A while ago, I woke up in a panic — stomach tight, mind racing, everything piling up at once. As a business owner, I'd been through versions of this before. But this time I realized: I no longer wanted to live so reactive. To have my inner world depend entirely on what was happening around me.

I decided to work with myself differently. What I discovered in that process became this guide. I still use it every time my mind wants to play its old tricks.

I'm Anastasia — a certified Life Coach and Yoga Teacher, living between Athens and Paxos Island, Greece. I've spent more than a decade helping women come home to themselves. This guide is where that work begins.
